Dates
The dates for the camp are Saturday 16th to Saturday 23rd June 2012 and you are welcome to arrive from midday till around 7pm on Saturday 16th. The camp will end after the closing ceremony that starts at 3pm on Saturday 23rd June.
We ask that all participants remain for the duration of the Camp, and be part of the setting up and dismantling of the Camp together. This unbroken amount of time means that all circle life and Camp community life can blossom uninterrupted.

Ticket Info
All prices are outlined below. There are concessionary places but numbers are limited so please contact Jonathan to discuss your eligibility and their availability before booking.
There are 100 tickets available, and the total number of people at camp will not exceed 120, this number includes all the people who will be working as Midsummer Camp Crew Members.
The ticket price includes your week long stay at the field, all workshops and activities, all the site amenities, all the events, and there is plenty of free parking space. It does not include food or your accommodation.
In order that the camp runs smoothly each adult is asked to give a half day of their time to work in one of these areas: the Children's Area, the Hot Tubs, Sauna & Showers Area, the Nurturing Area, the Recycling & Compost Loos Area. For more information about this please see here.
We are unable to accept visitors to the field during the camp so please do not invite any friends or family onto the field during the week who do not have a paid ticket. We are also unable to allow dogs onto the field.

Refunds
We are able to offer refunds under certain circumstances. If you are eligible for a refund there will be a £25 charge for admin fees. Deposits are non refundable, although we are open to negotiation dependant on individual circumstances.
